Shipping Policy

All orders ship within 3 business days via the chosen shipping method. Once pulled, orders are checked twice and weighed to ensure accuracy. At the time of shipping, you will receive shipping notice and tracking information.

For standard shipping, orders will typically arrive 4-6 business from the date of shipment. For expedited shipping, orders will typically arrive 2-3 business days from the date of shipment. Please allow an additional 2-3 days of transit for orders outside of the continental US. Delivery arrival times are estimates only and may change based on order volume or other circumstances, like weather-related delays. If we encounter any unexpected delays in shipping, we’ll contact you via email.

JBL is not liable for any missing items or damages that may occur to the product during transit. Before accepting any order, please inspect your package(s) for any signs of damage or being opened prior. Claims for damage resulting in transit must be filed with the carrier by the buyer within 5 business days after receipt of merchandise. Claims for missing items must be made with JBL within 5 days of receiving shipment. JBL cannot be held responsible for the actions of others in the course of your shipment. JBL is not responsible for replacing your shipment.
