100% Satisfaction Guaranteed: JBL Enterprises is a spearfishing company specializing in a wide selection of high quality spearfishing products and outstanding customer service. We want you to order in confidence, which is why we offer a no questions asked 30 day return policy.

Guaranteed Return Policy: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. We have a 30 return policy. We will take back any un-opened merchandise no questions asked for 30 days from the date the items were ordered. Manufacturer is not liable for any damages that may occur to product during transit. Claims for damage resulting in transit must be filed with carrier by the buyer within 5 business days after receipt of merchandise.

Here’s what to do:

  • Email us at returns@jblspearguns.com with your sales order number and item numbers that you would like to return, as well as your return shipping address. Let us know if you would like to exchange for other items or receive a refund.
  • We will email you a shipping address and RA number to process your return.

Manufactures Warranties: All JBL products come with the standard JBL Warranty. For warranty issues with items bought through the site, send inquiries to returns@jblspearguns.com. To process warranty claims you must include proof that it was bought from the official JBL website. Such as your sales order number.


The use of all spearfishing equipment carries inherent danger. Prior to using any JBL product, you should determine the safety, suitability, and fitness of the product(s) for their intended use. JBL assumes no liability arising out of the use or misuse by the consumer. Be responsible.

JBL Limited One Year Warranty

JBL warrants that all metal components of this speargun are free from any defects in materials or workmanship. If, within one year from purchase, these components should prove defective, please return the product to the dealer you purchased your speargun from. If we are unable to repair the product within 8 weeks after receiving it, we will (at our option) either replace it or refund the full purchase price (less only a reasonable deduction for depreciation based upon actual use).

This warranty gives you the specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. To file a claim with your dealer, under this warranty, notify the dealer in writing of the following:

  • Where and when you purchased your speargun.
  • The nature of the defect.
