I bought a brand new JBL woody 38 last month while in Cancun. When i returned home in Costa Rica I took it out for a little weekend fun. I loaded the gun and it shot nicely the first time. When i went to load it again a second time i had trouble loading it. It seemed it just didnt want to lock fully into the trigger. Finally i got it locked ….i put on the safety and started looking for some fish. About 5 mins into the swim the gun fired without me touching the trigger and with the safety on. I tried to exchange it with the dealer in Mexico but they refused to exchange the gun. I then email JBL international but they have not answered any of my 5 emails. Its seems they only answer you if you post something for everyone to see! Please JBL MAKE THIS RIGHT AND STAND BEHIND YOU PRODUCT!

I am sorry you are having difficulties. Please contact JBL Direct at 800-325-3083 for customer service. We request that you send the gun back after receiving RA# from us.. We will look at the gun to find out what is the issue. Please make note of the issue you are having at include this with the gun.
